Confirmation details of Share Placement
November 3, 2004

As a result of the Share Placement announced 12 October, 2004. LCT confirms that it has today placed 10,912,866 shares at a price of A$0.40 per share to institutional and sophisticated clients of Taylor Collison Limited and Shaw Stockbroking Limited, raising $4,365,146 before costs of the issue.
