LCT American Depositary Receipts (ADR's)

LCT shares trade in the USA under the symbol 'LVCLY'

LCT has established a Level 1 American Depositary Receipt (ADR) program in the US. The ADR program facilitates the purchase of LCT stock in the over-the counter (OTC) pink sheet market (www.pinksheets.com) by US investors.The program became effective on 17 July 2007 and the Company's ADR's are traded over-the-counter under the symbol 'LVCLY'.

LCT's American Depositary Shares (ADSs) will trade on a 1:10 ratio to the Company's ordinary shares, which are listed on the Australian Stock Exchange under the symbol LCT.

An ADR Program enables companies based outside of the US to participate in the US capital markets. It enables private investors and institutions to purchase LCT shares, including investors only permitted to buy US based securities.
